How It Works
- Recorded by Admin or Super Admin during or after a meeting
- One record per member per meeting — status changes update the existing record (e.g., a late arrival)
- Records are part of the permanent meeting record
Body Members
Attendance is tracked against body members — the elected or appointed officials who make up a body. Members are separate from user accounts; a member entry represents a seat, not login credentials. See Setting up a new body.
