Attachments

Items can have file attachments — staff reports, presentations, supporting documents. Stored securely and marked public or private.

Types

Visibility

Each attachment has a public/private flag:

• Public — visible to everyone when the item is published
• Private — visible only to staff, admins, and super admins

Only public attachments are included in published agenda PDFs.

Language Tagging

Tag attachments with a specific language for translated versions:

• No language tag — universal; shown to all visitors
• Tagged (e.g., es) — shown when that language is selected

Markdown Attachments

In addition to file uploads, attachments can be markdown-based — useful for inline staff reports that don't need a separate file.
