Subprocessors

Livy uses the third-party service providers listed below to deliver its services. Each provider is bound by terms that require it to process data only as instructed and to maintain reasonable security safeguards.

If Livy makes a material addition to this list, paid customers will receive email notice at their designated legal or privacy contact, as described in the Data Processing Addendum.

Infrastructure

Railway — Application hosting and managed Postgres database. United States.

Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3) — Object storage for attachments, photos, generated PDFs, and other binary content. United States.

Communications

Email delivery provider — Transactional email for account confirmations, security notices, password resets, and operational notifications. Provider may be Resend, SendGrid, or an SMTP relay, as configured for the current deployment. United States.

Security

Cloudflare (Turnstile) — Bot mitigation on public-facing forms such as signup, password reset, and public-comment submission. Cloudflare processes a short-lived challenge token and your IP address. Global infrastructure.

Automated and AI-assisted features

Anthropic — Large-language-model service used by Livy's automated and AI-assisted features to generate summaries, drafts, and other assistive outputs. United States.

OpenAI — Large-language-model service used by Livy's automated and AI-assisted features as a fallback or alternate provider. United States.

Livy does not authorize Anthropic, OpenAI, or other AI service providers to train general-purpose AI models on Customer Data or personal data submitted through Livy.
